P/T and F/t Jan 02, 2021.

I lost my job and unemployment benefits due to my medical condition call Cardio Rehab.  Medical records from doctors was provided to employer and Unemployment office. I'm at high risk (Heart attack, High blood pressure and Diabetics)! 

I was given an ultimatum by the Downs Racetrack and Casino, Albuquerque, NM to report to work June 15th or I have no job. I told them that I'm under going Cardio Rehab. Did not return to work! They said I have no job! 

Bottom line is my health will always be more important than any job. Never ask me to choose!

Just completed my Presbyterian Cardio Rehab and my heart is in excellent condition!!!!!!

Stop asking employees to choose between health and their job! 100% of employees will choose health!!!!!

I want to start a nationwide petiton forcing employers to stop asking employees to choose between health and their job!

Still fighting with NM State Unemployment Tribunal Commission trying to get back unemployment benefits since June 15th. I was told that I would have a virtual Unemployment Appeals by Indian Tribunal Commission Nov 18-19th.

Never Happened. I was in the hospital visiting my dying friend.  I was there 6 weeks everyday from 11am-7pm. He died Nov 19th. 

I was there every day for 6 weeks....

We just had our Virtual Memorial Dec 09, 2020!!!!!

I'm ready to return to work P/T and F/T Jan 02, 2021.
